If you do not see the type of credit that you need or if you have additional questions, please contact us at 800-635-9615 or email NCCE's Continuing Education Department at contact@nccetraining.com.

MCLE/CLE - (Mandatory or Minimum) Continuing Legal Education

NCCE actively seeks CLE credit in many of the states in which we are holding seminars. If you are licensed in a state in which we do not regularly hold seminars, often you can apply for credit on your own. Under some circumstances, we will apply for out-of-state credit for you.

NCCE's seminars typically receive between 13.0 and 16.0 CLE credits. Many of our seminars also receive credit in specialized areas such as ethics.

For specific information concerning the type and amount of CLE credit in your state, please contact us at 800-635-9615 or email NCCE's Continuing Education Department at CE_Coord@nccetraining.com.

PDH for CPC

Our "Modern Engineering Economics" course qualifies for 13 Professional Development Hours (PDH) to satisfy the Continuing Professional Competency (CPC) requirement in many states. Professional Engineers usually seek this credit.

In states that have mandatory Continuing Professional Competency (CPC) requirements, it is generally the responsibility of the engineers to select courses that meet the state guidelines. The typical state guidelines define a qualified course as one whose purpose and objective are clear with a content that will "maintain, improve, or expand the skills and knowledge of the licensee's field of practice".

NCCE's "Modern Engineering Economics" complies with the Guidelines published by National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), which are adopted by most state boards of registration for Professional Engineers. Therefore, PDH credits awarded by NCCE should be acceptable by state boards requiring CPC or PDH.

Because some states have special guidelines, contact NCCE at 800-635-9615 to find out about your state.
