How can I register for a course?You can register in four ways: 1) Click here to register online via our secure web page. 2) Register by phone at 800-635-9615. 3) Fax in the registration page from the brochure to 850-222-4862. 4) Mail in your registration and payment to: How can I register for multiple courses?You can register in four ways: 1) Click here to register online via our secure web page and simply indicate all the seminars for which you would like to register. 2) Register by phone at 800-635-9615. 3) Fax in the registration page from the brochure to 850-222-4862 and simply include a note letting us know the other course(s) for which you wish to be registered. 4) Mail a note letting us know the other course(s) that you wish to be registered for along with your registrations and payments to: How can I register multiple people?You can register in four ways: 1) Click here to register online via our secure web page and simply fill in the information in the box captioned "If you would like to register more than one person...". 2) Register by phone at 800-635-9615. 3) Fax in the registration page from the brochure to 850-222-4862 and simply fill in the additional registrant's information. I have already registered for a course and I am unable to attend. What can I do?If you have submitted payment, you must submit a written request at least seven business days prior to the seminar date. The request must include your name, your confirmation number and the action you would like to take (e.g., send someone in your place, request a full credit transfer, request the materials and a partial refund or request a refund which may be subject to a cancellation fee). If you have not yet submitted payment, you must submit a written cancellation request, prior to the seminar date, which includes your name and your invoice number. Written cancellation requests can be e-mailed to registration@nccetraining.com, faxed to 850-222-4862 or mailed to: In fairness to all attendees, pre-registered individuals who do not submit a written request prior to the seminar are liable for the entire fee. For more information regarding administrative policies such as complaint and refund, please contact our office at 800-635-9615. I would like to transfer to a different course or a different city. What do I need to do?You must submit a written request, which includes your name, your confirmation number and information about the course you would like to transfer into, including the seminar name, city, dates and the course code. If you are unsure of when or where you would like to use your transfer credit, please let us know that you want to be placed in our pending transfer file and list the cities and seminars of interest. Can I attend only one day of a seminar?We always try to do all we can to accommodate registrants. If necessary, you may attend just one day of the course. Please keep in mind, however, each day's material is not independent of the other. Also, you will only receive continuing education credit for the hours you attend. Call us at 800-635-9615 to check on availability and price. Can I register on-site the day of the seminar?The best way to ensure a seat for the seminar is to register at least 7 business days prior to the seminar. However, we always try to do all we can to accommodate registrants. If necessary, you may be able to register on-site the day of the course.
