Can you give me directions to the seminar?

For directions to the seminar, please call the hotel or conference center directly. If you have a brochure, the phone number can be found on the top of the registration page under your city of interest. If you would like to download a brochure, please visit our download page. The hotel phone number can also be found on your confirmation letter.

For online direction assistance, you may want to try Expedia.com or Mapquest.com.

Do I need to make my own hotel room reservations? Do you reserve a block of rooms for attendees?

Room reservations are the registrant's responsibility. We do not reserve a block of rooms for the seminar. However, if you ask for a corporate discount when making your reservation, you may get a better rate.

What if the hotel is sold out? Or if I prefer to stay at a different hotel?

You can always stay at your preferred hotel. If you need assistance finding nearby hotels, you may call us at 800-635-9615 and we will fax you a list of hotels.
